My name is Randdy. I’ve always had a passion for helping others and being involved in my community, and I’ve been fortunate enough to shape my career around that.

I started out doing community outreach and advocacy work at a young age, which naturally led me to roles where I could continue supporting others. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to coordinate some pretty amazing events, including ones that featured Solange Knowles (Beyoncé’s sister) and even a visit from the President of the United States with a few Prime Ministers. Those experiences really showed me the power of community and connection, something I carry with me in every role I take on.

Throughout my career, the focus has always been on helping people and making sure they have the support they need to thrive. That’s what eventually brought me to Self Determined Futures—it's the perfect place for me to continue doing what I love, empowering others and building a stronger community.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me fishing or traveling. I’ve been lucky enough to visit 48 states, with only Hawaii and Alaska left to check off the list. Traveling has given me a fresh perspective that I bring into my work, always focusing on how I can continue to support and uplift those around me.
