From our humble beginnings to the present day, our mission has remained steadfast: to empower individuals to create their own paths, shape their destinies, and realize their full potential. Today, I am proud to see how far we have come in fulfilling this mission, but I am even more excited about the journey that lies ahead.
In a world filled with uncertainty and challenges, our commitment to fostering self-determination has never been more important. We have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that empowerment can have on the lives of those we serve. Whether it's through our regional vendor programs, awarded grant projects, or Independent Facilitator services for individuals entering SDP we are making a difference in the lives of individuals across California.
As we look to the future, we must also recognize that our work is far from finished. There are still countless individuals who are struggling to break free from the constraints of circumstance, who are searching for the tools and support they need to chart their own course. It is our responsibility, our duty, to stand beside them on this journey, to offer guidance, advocacy, and unwavering support.
As we move forward, let us continue to embrace our core values of empowerment, integrity, and compassion for all. Let us never lose sight of the impact that our work has on the lives of others, and let us always strive to do better, to reach further, to make a difference. Our Mission
The mission of Self Determined Futures L.L.C. is to empower and uplift disadvantaged and marginalized populations by providing comprehensive services and support.
We are committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by these communities and working towards creating a more equitable society.
​Our primary focus is on enhancing service access to disparity populations and the ability to have equitable essential resources, such as education, healthcare, housing, employment, transportation, and legal assistance. Self Determined Futures provides accessible services in seven regional areas of California: Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Imperial County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County.
​Through collaborative partnerships and innovative programs, we strive to break down systemic barriers, promote social justice, and foster self-sufficiency. We prioritize inclusivity, respect cultural diversity, and ensure that our services are culturally sensitive and responsive to the needs of the populations we serve.
SDF envisions a world where systemic disparities are eradicated, and every person has access to the resources and support they need to lead fulfilling lives.
SDF plays a pivotal role as a catalyst for positive change. We strive to be a leading provider offering services to impoverished populations.
